Mmh how far do you stretch the word "custom" here, i would love to get something from you but i don't know if what i'd like is possible in Koikatsu...
My idea was making a short dick-growth animation on a futa character (haven't decided who yet, i thought i'd better wait if you agree or not)
Although alternatively maybe you can just take a few pics one after the other as a sequence, if you can get their dicks to the right shape and size is really the only important thing!
